1. SCOPE

 

The following general terms and conditions of EASY RURAL SOFTWARE SL (hereinafter referred to as "EASYRURAL" or "The Holder") apply to your order in the version valid at the time of placing the request.

 

These terms and conditions apply exclusively to contracts made through the Internet portal and shall be governed by the provisions of current legislation, especially by Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, approving the revised text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users, as well as other complementary laws.

 

     2. HOLDER IDENTIFICATION

 

The entity is EASY RURAL SOFTWARE SL.

 

The address for claims purposes will be the one indicated as the company's registered office, as established in the Legal notice.

 

     3. OBJECT

 

These general terms and conditions of contract (hereinafter, the "Conditions") govern the contracting of services offered by EASYRURAL through its Website, as well as the rights and obligations of the parties arising from the service provision operations agreed between them.

 

     4. ACCOUNT CREATION AND RESPONSIBILITIES

 

Only individuals over 18 years of age can create accounts on the EASYRURAL service. Accounts registered through "bots" or other automated methods are not permitted.

 

Upon registration, the user agrees to provide their full legal name, a valid email address, and any other information required to complete the registration process.

 

Account sharing is not allowed. A username can only be used by one person; shared use of login by multiple individuals is not permitted. Separate logins can be created for as many individuals as necessary.

 

The user is responsible for maintaining the security of their account and the confidentiality of their password. EASYRURAL will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from the user's failure to comply with this security obligation.

 

The user is responsible for all content posted and activity carried out under their account, even if the content is posted by other users with associated accounts.

 

The user agrees not to use the service for illegal or unauthorized purposes. The use of the service must not violate any laws in their jurisdiction, including, among others, copyright laws.

 

     5. BILLING AND PAYMENT METHOD

 

The user can make payment for the Service through the following methods:

 

Credit card

 

Companies wishing to receive invoices corresponding to each billing cycle must provide basic billing information, such as the Tax Identification Number (or its equivalent according to the country), company name, contact person, telephone, city, and postal code.

 

     6. CHANGE OF MODALITY

 

When the user decides to upgrade to a higher or lower plan, they will be charged the prorated difference for the remainder of the natural month. The beginning of the following month will involve the advance payment of the Service in the chosen modality.

 

Modality changes to a lower version may result in the loss of content, features, and functionalities of the user account. EASYRURAL assumes no responsibility for such loss.

 

     7. WITHDRAWAL

 

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within a period of 14 calendar days without justification, counted from the day following the contracting of the Service.

 

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify EASY RURAL SOFTWARE SL, located at C/ SANT MAURICI 24 of Vilafant (Girona), with telephone number 649 13 35 41 and email address info@easyrural.net, of your decision to withdraw from the contract through an unequivocal statement (for example, a letter sent by postal mail, fax, or email).

 

To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that the communication regarding the exercise of this right be sent before the corresponding period expires.

 

Consequences of withdrawal:

 

In the event of withdrawal on your part, we will refund all payments received from you, without any undue delay and, in any case, no later than 14 calendar days from the date on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will proceed to make said refund using the same means of payment used by you for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly provided otherwise; in any case, you will not incur any expenses as a result of the refund.

 

If you have requested that the provision of services begin during the withdrawal period, you must pay us an amount proportional to the part of the service already provided at the time you have communicated your withdrawal to us, in relation to the total object of the contract.

 

EASYRURAL reserves the right to reject returns communicated or sent outside the set period.

 

The return must comply with all these conditions in order to be accepted. Items, fees, or customs duties will be borne by the consumer.

 

     8. ACCOUNT SUSPENSION BY THE USER

 

The user does not have the option to suspend their account; if they decide to unsubscribe from the EASYRURAL service, the associated account data will be deleted.

 

     9. ACCOUNT CANCELLATION AND TERMINATION

 

The user may cancel their account by sending an email to info@easyrural.net or by calling 649 13 35 41. The cancellation will be carried out and will be effective from the following month after your request. Therefore, if you wish to cancel the subscription, you must communicate it with at least thirty (30) days in advance.

 

All account content will be immediately deleted in the event of cancellation. It will not be possible to recover the information from an account once it has been canceled.

 

EASYRURAL reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend or cancel the user's account and deny them present or future use of the Service, or any other service of EASYRURAL, for any justified reason at any time. This termination of the Service will result in the deactivation or deletion of the user's account and their access to it, as well as the waiver of all content present in the account. EASYRURAL reserves the right to refuse to provide the service to any person for any justified reason and at any time.

 

     10. MODIFICATIONS TO THE SERVICE AND PRICES

 

EASYRURAL reserves the right to modify or discontinue, at any time and temporarily or permanently, the Service (or any part of it), with or without prior notice.

 

The prices of all services, including but not limited to monthly subscription plan fees, are subject to change with thirty (30) days' notice by EASYRURAL. This notification can be provided at any time by publishing the changes on the EASYRURAL website (www.easyrural.net) or in the Service itself.

 

EASYRURAL will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, price change, suspension, or interruption of the Service.

 

     11. PRICE ERRORS

 

If an error in the price of a service is detected after its contracting, we will contact the consumer as soon as possible to inform them of the incident and offer them the option of cancellation or maintenance under the correct conditions.

 

The sending of an automatic confirmation does not validate erroneous price conditions. In case of cancellation, any amount paid by the consumer will be refunded.

 

The Holder makes every effort within its means to provide accurate and typo-free information on its Website.

 

     12. CONSUMER OBLIGATIONS

 

The user must use our services appropriately, assuming full responsibility for any damage or harm that may be caused to EASYRURAL or third parties due to their lack of diligence or malicious actions.

 

Through these conditions, the consumer agrees to guarantee the truthfulness and accuracy of the data and information provided as part of the online purchase contract.

 

EASYRURAL reserves the right to restrict or deny service to the consumer if it becomes aware that they have breached the contract conditions, the general terms of use of the website, the privacy policy, or any other specific condition agreed upon.

 

     13. INDUSTRIAL AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

 

The services available for purchase through our website are protected by copyright. Additionally, logos, trademarks, texts, icons, and other content subject to industrial and intellectual property rights are protected by current and applicable laws. The Holder has obtained authorization from the holders of these rights to use this content or materials.

 

     14. CONFLICT RESOLUTION

 

Conflicts that may arise between the consumer and EASYRURAL as a result of a breach of the contract conditions will be governed by the provisions of current legislation, with the rules of Spanish Law being applicable.

 

In the event that any provision of these terms is deemed void or unenforceable, such provision shall be deemed invalid and shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.

 

We inform you of the existence of a European online platform for the extrajudicial resolution of disputes related to contractual obligations arising from contracts for the sale or provision of services concluded online between a consumer and a trader resident in the European Union, through the intervention of an alternative dispute resolution entity.
